It also offers 4 summarized scales on the relationship-tasks equilibrium, reactive-creative scale, leadership effectiveness, and leadership potential.

– The Leadership Circle Profile Manager Edition: It measures middle managers. It measures 6 dimensions (3 creative and 3 reactive) divided in 12 creative competencies and 9 reactive behaviors. It also offers 4 summarized scales on the relationship-tasks equilibrium, reactive-creative scale, leadership effectiveness, and leadership potential.

– Leadership Culture Survey: It measures an organization’s leadership culture (current and desired).
