Gonzalo Turueño is a successful executive with more than 20 years of experience in transnational companies such as Procter & Gamble, Laureate International Universities and L’Oreal, where I have held Executive Committee and Vice Presidency positions.
He has achieved excellent results developing business, marketing and sales strategies, transforming businesses and organizations and forming leaders and work teams in Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela.
Creator of a personal leadership course that he has taught in more than 50 groups in different countries of Latin America and an accountability workshop focused on the need to improve the discipline of his teams and is based on his professional experience. As a trainer and consultant, he has taught and participated in training and strategy alignment programs, conversations and leadership in the Ministry of Energy, American Chamber of Latin America, Pepsico, Mattel, Jumex and more than 400 SMEs impacting more than 1,000 managers and owners of businesses with more than 15 nationalities.
He has significant experience in digital marketing with training with Gartner and Sales force and created a digital transformation program at L’Oreal.
Gonzalo is a director of Fundación Educa and a director and investor in Grupo Biotecnológico Ekologi and Grupo Animo.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Human Development both from the Universidad Iberoamericana, and is a certified coach. Gonzalo works in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
