Laura Lladó
Laura Luz Lladó Reyes carried out his professional career as Scientific Manager in Colgate Palmolive, directing the Professional Relations area, building, training and coaching a strong team abroad the country as well as participating in strategic global plans during 20 years.
As a consultant she has collaborated in many Organizations (International Coaching Community, Coaching National Association, Mexican Dental Association, National College of Dental Surgeons); in many Companies (GSK, P&G, Coca Cola, Laboratorios Lilly, Vitalmex, Twelve Business Innovation, National University of México and several Universities in the country). She also has worked in government programs (Health, Education and Enviroment Ministries, Professions General Direction) and belongs to several national and international networks of external consultants.
She has developed projects for businesses and professional organizations and provides training facilitating organizational change processes, development of management skills, leadership and team development work, communication, motivation and personal development.
Graduated as Dental Surgeon, specialized and Master in Pedodontics by Latinamerican University. She also has International Coaching Certifications in Executive, Business, and Life Coaching by International Coaching Community (ICC), and in Teams Coaching by European Coaching School. She has specialty in Human Development by Human Development and Transcendence Institute (IDHET) and has specializations in Gestalt Psichotherapy for Adults, Children, Couples, Sexuality, Symptoms and Enneagram. She is a Master Facilitator for Pacific Institute. She is the Head Staff Coach and professor in Certifications programs for Impel Group and International Coaching Community in México. She also has work in community programs as an opinion leader with lectures and radio /TV interviews, and have done volunteer work and professional social service in different committies.
