Leticia is a consultant and executive coach, provides consulting in training and human development to multinational companies, with more than 20 years of experience, offering a broad portfolio of consulting, organizational development and coaching services, providing innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology for processes. and human capital projects, in order to promote greater effectiveness in change management, decision-making, and effective team leadership. The solutions that it proposes for the development of competences, integrate highly innovative methodologies to train and support the leaders of the companies in the implementation of learning processes, directed towards productivity, competitiveness and quality in the service, thus managing to position the companies as market leaders.

She has a degree in Clinical Psychology. She studied a Diploma in Philosophical Anthropology at the UP (Universidad Panamercana) and another in Addictions at Grupo Gens. She is certified in the Birkman Method in Houston, Texas, USA. and in Executive Coaching at The International School or Coaching (TISOC) in Barcelona Spain.
She has taught at the UIA (Ibero-American University) the subject of “Theory of the group process”. And the subject of Psychology, at Colegio Vistahermosa.
