Susana Rodado

Susana is passionate about digital and cultural transformation processes in organizations. Accumulates more than 20 years of corporate experience within the main areas of Human Resources at Telefónica. She has extensive experience in demanding international projects, with a lot of pressure and in changing environments.

She has designed and directed several change management projects, promoting new ways of working, and developing managerial leadership. She has led talent acquisition and development programs in different companies to build new strategic capabilities.

Currently, she develops her activity as a Consultant and Executive Coach working with corporate clients to increase their productivity through people. Her motto is “empowered people create change”
