Tirso Oropeza
Tirso is an international coach, advisor and an associate consultant of c-Growth who has participated at all three levels of the Mexican goverment during the past 30 years.
He created TAO, a Kit designed to help public servants acquire the necessary skills for the accomplishment of their tasks in the most efficient and reliable manner. Moreover, he designed the Statistical Study of the Regulatory Fulfillment, which is a methodology for measuring the level of compliance in the transactions of the public sector. In addition, it includes an audit methodology which contributes to identify the risks of breach of contract and / or the administrative responsability of those contracts.
Tirso has participated with over 200 Mexican governmental agencies, helping them to achieve cost-effectiveness in the management of their resources and improve their performance. He has provided over 25,000 hours of training in areas such as: Government leadership skills, Operations and finance, Business operations, Strategy execution, Client account management, Process improvement, Legal matters, Compliance, Auditing and High Quality to public and private companies.He has contributed to improve sale processes in the public sector, as well as to ease compliance with governmental requirements, public biddings and the execution of concession contracts.
Currently, Tirso heads the TAO Institute for Public Administration, S.C., which is dedicated to train the public and private entities that take part in the Anti-Corruption National System.
Tirso holds degrees in Economics and Business and Computer Engineering by the ”Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México”. He has an MA in Quality and an MBA by the UCLA and Diploma degrees in Economics, Corporate and Constitutional Law, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing and Public Administration by the “Universidad Panamericana” and the “Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos, A.C.”
