Guadalupe Gómez Pezuela

Guadalupe is an associate consultant of c-Growth specialized in the human factor and with expertise in organizational communication, leadership and coaching for executives and teams. She has worked as coach and international consultant in México, Latin America and Spain.

During her 30 years of professional experience, she has been partner and directed variuos consulting firms: Grupo Pezuela, Educare, Chárvel and Pezuela Group, Promotores Educativos FEMADE, Metanoya Bussines Management. She was appointed spokeswoman for the European Institute of Psychology (2013 – 2018) and of the ICCN in Mexico. She was Director of the Proficiency Assessment Center – CONOCER (Promotores Educativos Femade) and Coach of coaches at Newfield Consulting.

Guadalupe specializes in Ontological and Executive Coaching (individual and groups); Emotional Wellness Programs; Human Resources Consulting and Training Programs. Moreover, she is a certified proficiency auditor by CONOCER.

She is the author of the books: “OPTIMICEMOS LA EDUCACIÓN” and “DESARROLLO PSICOLÓGICO Y APRENDIZAJE”, published by Trillas.

She holds a BA in Pedagogy by UNAM; Master Trainer in Neuro Lingustic Programming by John Grinder and Richard Bandler; Certificate in Human Development by Ibero; Senior Coach by Newfield Consulting; Certificate in Positive Psychology by the European Institute of Positive Psychology; ICCN certified Consultant; certified expert in the treatment of depression, (Mendoza Argentina); expert in Acceleent and Ericksonian Hypnotherapist.
