Jerónimo Pastor

Jerónimo is an Associate Consultant at c-Growth with 20+ years of experience in the c-suite environment and a

profound proficiency in strategic datadriven decision-making.

He has worked with the public and private sectors on issues ranging from strategy and planning to culture, corporate organization, and effective communication.

For nearly a decade he served in several positions in the Mexican Federal Government: as Coordinator for the Economic Cabinet in the Office of the President, as well as Director of Sector Policy Analysis within the Ministry of Finance. He has advised other Governments on fiscal policy, macroeconomics and economic development.

More recently he has provided advice to international companies, including Grupo Jumex, Coca Cola, Poly HPand Nemak. 

His expertise includes strategic and operations planning, as well as deep-dive interventions in businesses, including follow-up of improvement plans, cultural transformation in business as well as continuous support for transitions towards data-driven decision making.

His passion for sustainable economic development and land restoration has driven him to support worldly renowned sustainability NGOs with global operations, as well as participating in conferences in the Americas, Asia and Europe.

He has published scientific articles on economics and public finance in peer-reviewed journals from England and from Mexico. Jeronimo holds a BA in Economics from CIDE in Mexico and an MA in Economics from UCLA, as well as a Micro Master in Supply Chain Management from MIT, among other specialization courses.
