Alejandro Cabral

Alejandro is an associate consultant of c-Growth and a former HR Sr.Executive with a successful career in leading multinational CPGs.

He has over 25 years of international experience (Argentina, Mexico, USA, Spain and Brazil ) working for Unilever, Gillette, P&G, and more recently at Kellogg Co. As an HR Business Partner and member of several C level Regional teams he successfully proposed, developed and executed several Strategic Business & Organizational plans. He led and inspired multifunctional teams, implemented cultural changes and developed high performance & diverse teams initiatives. He executed M&As across Latin-American countries and Southern Europe, ensuring financial commitments and value creation to shareholders.

He is an expert in organizational design & strategic workforce planning, change management, talent development, labor law, negotiation and executive compensation matters. In recent years he has focused on people analytics, strategic management up-skilling and digital transformation ecosystem implementation. During his long career, he provided Executive Coaching to several Sr Executives. He has also mastery in Leadership Development and Mentoring programs.

As pro-bono activities, he participates in community and social responsibility programs as well as D&I forums and networks. Additionally, he is a member of non -financial advisory boards.

He has a bachelor´s degree in Human Resources from Universidad del Salvador in Argentina and an MBA with
specialization in Strategic HR from Harvard Business School. He is an AICM Certified coach and works in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
