Gerardo Sánchez Guízar

Gerardo is a coach, facilitator and an associate consultant of c-Growth. He has over 29 years of experience as facilitator in multinational companies.

Gerardo began working as facilitator in 1995 at companies such as Aeroméxico, Coca-Cola, BMW, Inbursa and Walmart. In 2006, he was certified in Coaching by Marcia Reynolds at CoachUDenver, Colorado. (Institution Certified by ICF) .

In 2007 he joined Grupo PepsiCo, and over the next 11 years he participated in various projects of the Organizational Development area. Early on, he was Head of Non-Front Line Development. Then, he worked as Change Director for the American Continent in Dallas, TX. Finally, in 2016 he is appointed Director for the Latinamerican Leaders Development Office in Miami, FL., where he designed and facilitated development processes for high potential executives.

While working at PepsiCo, he facilitated an average of 12 Coaching programs per year. Moreover, he was certified in Brief Coaching (4 to 6 sessions), his second Coaching certificate, by Cambria Consulting, subsidiary company of Korn Ferry.

In 2017, he was certified as a Conscious Business Coach by Axialent and Fred Kofman in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This program consists of a specialized process that uses simulations and role-palying that allow the Coachee to see his reality from an outsiders perspective, thus eliminating the emotional burden and decreasing subjectivity.

Since 2018, he forms part of the team of consultants at c- Growth. From that year on, he leads on average 10 Coaching programs per semester and facilitates more than 50 development sessions of high performance teams with Executives at companies such as PepsiCo, BASF, Nemak and Autlán, among others.

Gerardo holds a BS in Industrial Engineering by the Universidad Iberoamericana. He is a certified Assessments Coach in programs such as 360, Hogan, DISC and OHS.
