José Atl
José Atl is a coach, speaker, writer and an associate consultant of c-Growth with expertise in Transformation, Human and Organizational Potential. His work centers on reaching results by generating and strengthening Organizational and Personal Growth.
His aim is to contribute to a world in which corporations and their collaborators reach their Full Potential by strengthening their ability to grow and generate positive results, while keeping the process enjoyable and insightful.
His work as head of the Latin American and Caribbean markets at multinational corporations in the health sector (Novartis, Pfizer), as a successful founder and director of companies in various industries, as well as his life experiences, have led him to discover and understand the key factors in organizational and human transformation necessary to reach Full Human and Organizational Potential. Currently, he leads Present Life Consulting Latinoamérica as well as his consulting firm José Atl. The latter mainly concentrates on the link between personal and organizational growth.
José Atl has collaborated as Coach, Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer in different programs such as Self Managing Leadership, Strategic Emotional Intelligence, Liberating Full Human Potential, Performance Accelerators, Lead with Conversations, Being at Full Potential, Strategic and Cultural Alignment (GIFT) and programs on Values, among others, at the following private companies: BASF, Everis, Nadro, Uber Eats, Dip Molding, Conie Bogart, Mercedez Benz, Royal Caribbean, Saavy, St Gobain, Revista Mundo Ejecutivo, Movility ADO, IBM, Panamericano, APM Terminals, FEMSA, OroGold, CBRE, BLife, Grupo Salinas, Agencia E Latina, Apoyo Económico, Grupo Sinestesia. He has also collaborated with public companies such as the Mexican Petroleum Company (PEMEX), the Mexican Senate, the General Consulate of Mexico in Boston, the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), the Mexican Ministry of Health (SALUD) and various municipal governments of Mexico City.
Among his publications is the book “Tu Vida en Disfrute”. He has collaborated as specialist in different TV networks and internet channels, as well as in GPTW, Proyecto 7i and Certificación E. He is a member of “Initiatives of Change” and UNIFY.
José Atl has a BA in International Commerce from the TEC de Monterrey (ITESM). He holds an MBA from la Universidad Anáhuac. He is certified as an Ontological Coach at the International Association of Coaching (IAC), as well as in the models and programs “Being at Full Potential”, “Lead with Conversations”, “The Heart of Effective Leadership” and “Art of Hosting”, among others.
