María Elena Rosado
María Elena is a coach, facilitator and an associate consultant of c-Growth, with over forty years of experience at both the private and public sectors in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Panamá and Spain. Her work centers on the development of technical and human skills that strengthens personal and professional growth.
She was the founding partner and director of the training and consulting firm MERP; founding partner of the OPS Organization dedicated to designing Performance Strategies; and associate partner at Training House.
Since 1992 she has worked as a consultant, process facilitator, instructor, executive coach and coach of leadership teams at several companies. For 11 years, she participated in various projects at Grupo Nacional Provincial in areas such as Human Resources, evaluators, sales, Profuturo and Porvenir. For 4 years, she led the managerial skills and coaching program for directors and managers at Kendle Servicios. In addition, she participated in the transition process of Kendle-INC Research. Moreover, she coached the leadership team at Kimberly Clark for 2 years. She led the Formation of Leaders at Editorial Expansión; has worked for various pharmaceutical companies; and has participated as lecturer in conferences for teachers and parents at different schools.
She has led Management Skills, Leadership Skills and Communication programs; participated in individual and group executive coaching, Gestalt Psychotherapy, Systemic Constellations, Teamwork and Integration and Sales and Customer Service Programs. She has collaborated with Mexico´s Central Bank, Editorial Armonia, ATENTO, the Public Education Ministry, Hannover Insures, Seguros St Paul, Pemex, Microsoft (Spain), among others. She has aproximately 5,000 hours of coaching.
Since 2009, she has led Leadership and Facilitation programs (Oxford Leadership methodology), SLSP, Value Progrmas, Lead with Conversations and other Communication Programs at CNBV, BASF, ASSA, BANOBRAS, among others.
María Elena has a degree in Clinical Psychology (UNAM). She is a certified Gestalt Psychotherapist by the Instituto Humanista Gestalt AC. Has certifications in Neurolingustic Programming, Educare endorsed by UNAM; Humanistic Psychology and Awareness (Instituto Humanista Gestalt, AC.); Competencies Models SSM; Organizational Development Strategies and Managerial Assessment of Proficiency. She has a certificate in Teaching Effectiveness (Thomas Gordon, Ph. D.). Adjunct postgraduate Professor for the Psychiatry department (UNAM). Systemic Constellations, Sowelu Landhust Institute (Germany) Bert Hellinger and The Humanistic Therapy and Studies Center SAASKUM. Comprehensive Executive Coaching (Grupo Gómez Pezuela).
