María del Roble Anaya

María is a public speaker, facilitator, coach and associate consultant of c-Growth. She offers coaching and team integration programs to middle and senior executives through the use of innovative and agile learning strategies. She also trains facilitators and public speakers.

Her professional career has developed over three decades mainly in the area of Human Resources. She has worked at Hiring and Human Resources Develpment areas at companies such as Fomerrey, UDEM, ALEN, ESTAFETA, AEROMEXICO and VITRO.

She is passionate about creating learning environments and using strategies that promote agility and collaboration. She was the Director/ Founder of DESDE LO INVISIBLE, consulting firm with Group and Executive Coaching services, as well as, programs that promote leadership skills, coaching, teamwork, creativity and innovation. She is a host and facilitator of the ART OF HOSTING method in Mexico.

Since 2002, she works as an independent Coach, Advisor, Public Speaker and Corporate Facilitator helping individuals, groups and leaders to reach their full potential.

Her seminars and workshops focus on leadership, training for instructors, teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence, coaching, teamcoaching, memorization strategies, strategic thinking, creativity and innovation.

Throughout her professional career, María has collaborated with various clients in Mexico and Latin Ameerica such as L´Oréal, Colgate, Heineken, KCSM, Whirlpool, Google, Banorte, Soriana, Yazaki, Pirelli, H-E-B, Mabe, Vitro, PWC, Caterpillar, ITESM, Mabe, John Deere, Sony, Farmacias Benavides, Conagua, Metalsa, Caintra, Cemex, Nikon, Siemens, ABB, Mattel, ABX, Arca Continental, among others.

María holds a BA in Psychology (UDEM), an MA in Human Development (IBERO), a master in Familiar Formation (Centro Educativo Villanueva) and an MA in Human Capital Management (UERRE).

Furthermore, she has been certified in Coaching and Executive Coaching (ICC); Teamcoaching (LIM); Mastering Coaching Skills (ICF); People Management Essential, Team Management Essential and Hiring Management Essential (HSBC University).
