Nathalie de Raeve
Nathalie is a facilitator and an associate consultant of c-Growth with expertise in strategic planning and change management for private and public organizations.
She has a vast experience in the Automotive Industry and has recently specialized in the area of Customer Experience.
Nathalie began her professional career at a Venture Capital Fund in Spain. Eventually, she participated as consultant and project manager in India and México, where she worked at the strategic area of Accenture and Symnetics. In addition, she has experience in strategic planning and Balanced Scorecard projects in public organizations.
Nathalie has provided consulting services to companies such as BMW Group, General Motors, Nissan, Chrysler, Ford, Bimbo, Microsoft, New Zealand Milk and Silodisa. She has collaborated in strategic planning and change management projects at public companies such as the Federal Electricity Commission in Mexico, the Mexican Ministry of Finance, the Mexican Ministry of Public Education and the Inter-American Development Bank.
She has also collaborated with nonprofit organizations such as the Indian School of Business, the patronage of the Technological Museum of the Federal Electricity Commission (MUTEC) and the Espinosa Yglesias Research Center.
Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Laws from Ghent University (Belgium) and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (Spain). Moreover, she has postgraduate studies in strategic planning by the Loyola University (US), and diplomas in Professional Coaching by the International School of Coaching and in Budgeting based on Results by the Mexican Autonomous National University (UNAM).
