Alejandra carried out her professional career as a clinical psychologist specialized in humanistic psychotherapy and eating disorder treatment, She delivers personal and group coaching with more than 15 years of experience. She is also an international consultant and has collaborated in government and private enterprises over Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Spain.
Alejandra is the creator of the program ”Transform your relationship with food and your body” under which she delivers weekly workshops to people in the Southeast of Mexico. In recent years she has conducted leadership and coaching programs for companies such as BASF, EVERIS and the Mexican National Banking Commission, among others. Alejandra also delivers several workshops and seminars as a part of her own private practice.
She graduated in Business Administration by the ITESM and is also a licensed psychologist by the Anáhuac in Merida, Yucatán. Alejandra has a Masters degree in humanistic psychotherapy by the Institute Carl Rogers, is a licensed life coach and eating psychology coach (IEP). She has an international certification for intuitive psychotherapy in ED (EDIT) and a certification in Gestalt psychotherapy.
Alejandra works in Spanish, English and French.
