Alejandro Olivar

Alejandro is a coach, instructor and an associate consultant of c-Growth with expertise in leadership and personal transformation workshops for open groups and private companies. He created the Personal Fulfillment program and assessment methodolgy which includes three levels of training for new instructors.

More than 1,000 people in Mexico and the USA have participated in his workshops, seminars, and lectures as well as various groups from Spain, Chile and Colombia through the online modality. He has over 30 years of experience in the areas of Human and Personal Development and over 10 years in Leadership and Coaching.

Currently, he regularly imparts workshops in 8 different countries. He is the author of The Formula for My Success and The Law of Attraction in Action (Best Seller on Amazon).

As a consultant, he has led cultural transformation workshops at companies such as the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) and the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE). He has delivered conferences and programs in private companies, private schools and universities. In addition, he served as an advisor to the Veracruz municipal treasury and as a managerial director of a second level care unit at the Office of Health Services of the state of Veracruz.

Alejandro has a bachelor´s degree in Economics from Universidad Villa Rica-UNAM in Veracruz; a Diploma in Health Services Management from the Instituto Universitario Veracruzano and a Ph.D. in Leadership by Vital Impact México. He is a Lead With Conversations and Self-management Leadership certified coach (Oxford Leadership); Coaching, ProCoach and Master Coach in Personal Achievement PNL. Additionally, he has diplomas in the Human Capital Norm for Group Training (CONOCER); in Safety and Environmental Protection Systems (PEMEX); in fire safety inspection, maintenance and supervision of equipments and systems in terrestrial and maritime terminals, as well as in international vessels.
