Beatriz del Monte

Beatriz is a coach, facilitator and an associate consultant of c-Growth. She has over 15 years of experience as consultant and lecturer in Leadership, Wellness, Mental Health and Stress Management among other subjects, having reached over 100,000 people.

She is the founder and General Director of Æspiral Consultants, firm which has participated in the strategic planning and the creation of new models of leadership and culture for companies, governmental institutions and nonprofit organizations.

For 8 years, Beatriz was the General Director andspokeswoman for the Self-esteem proyect “DOVE”.

She has collaborated with the following private companies and governmental entities: Actinver, EY, Cisco, Zumma, The Federal Superior Audit Office, The Supreme Court of Justice, The National Elections Institute, the Federal Institute of Telecommunications, Helados Holanda, the Federal Commission of Electricity, Paletas Magnum, Poliarte, Clies, Red Materno Infantil, Vifac, Sámano Abogados, Fadem and the National Teachers´ Labor Union.

She has a bachelor´s degree in International Commerce from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), where she has led the Leadership program. Moreover, she holds master´s degrees in Positive Leadership (Tecmilenio) and in International Cooperation for Development (Complutense University, Madrid). In addition, she has certifications in Wellness (Yale University), in Transformational Leadership (ITAM) and in Psychological Safety (Autonomous University of Barcelona), among others.
