Birgit Külpp

Birgit is an associate consultant of c-Growth with more than 35 years of entrepreneur and leadership experience, coupled with expertise as a psychologist and consultant. She provides deep insights into the dynamics of human behavior as well as the business demands in rapidly changing markets and organizations.

Building organizational capabilities and empowering professionals are on top of her coaching agenda. Birgit prefers to work in a coach-the-coach style, strategically and systemically oriented and co-creating with customers and network partner worldwide. She specializes in coaching board teams and senior executives, accelerating organizational and leaders team effectiveness and impact on the organization, transformation and restructuring processes, accelerating strategy implementation and corporate communication.

Birgit is Co-Founder and owner of Külpp & Partner. Previously, she worked at UPT Consultancy, (Munich) as Partner and Managing Director, including parallel managerial roles & international entrepreneurial assignments. She was also Franchise Partner and Managing Director (a.o. NSA, USA, Boston), Division Manager and PPE Temporary work consultant.

She has a Master’s degree in Psychology (Personnel and Organizational development) form the Universities Cologne & Munich).

Birgit is Educated in Team Developments (Esalen, CA, USA), Systemic Coaching and Counseling (Munich, Germany) and Coaching and Training (Salzburg, Austria), Supervision (Boston University, USA) certified in various psychological tests and assessments i.e. Personality Questionnaires, MBTI, Reflector Big 5 Personality, Reiss Motive- Assessment.

She did several TV features and articles and was co-author of published book: “Das erfolgreiche Einstellungsinterview” (The successful Assessment Interview), Gabler (2012). Lectures at the International University of Homburg and mentors Start-up Companies.
