Daniela Reyes

Daniela is  an associate consultant of c-Growth, with expertise in Organizational Coaching and a strong passion for helping her coachees develop and achieve high performance. Through a process of deep inquiries, she guides her coachees  to deeper self-knowledge that enables them to reach their goals.

She has participated in coaching processes in various Latin American countries. Currently, she focuses on guidance and coaching for job interviews, successfully positioning her clients in the American market.

She is a consultant and facilitator in Mexican and international companies such as Intel, Cisco, HP, Immunotec, Cool Pak and  other IT consulting firms.

Her workshops and programs adapt to her clients´ needs and have successfully contributed to the development of the skills and competencies that companies seek in their workforce.

As an international tennis player since childhood, Daniela is fully aware of the skills needed for high performance.

She has a BA in Organizacional Psychology and a master´s in Strategic Management of Human Talent. Moreover, she has diplomas in Organizational Development and has been trained and certified as an Ontological Coach.

She has been certified as an Ontological Coach, Life Coach, in Critical Conversations and as a High Impact Facilitator.
