Gabriela Carrique
Gabriela is an associate consultant of C-Growth. Senior Consultant with expertise in Cultural Transformation, Executive and Team Coach, Facilitator and Speaker, she inspires and spreads her passion to create spaces for disruptive learning that transform working environments with individual and collective acts.
Her experience has contibuted to the design of projects in Agile Leadership, Collaboration and the Development of high impact skills for middle and high level executives.
Gabriela is a Mentor for the MPA International Community. She is the hostess of the Participatory Leadership Community in Mexico (Art of Hosting) and the Vice-President of the Latam Speakers Association. Currently she accumulates over 20 years as Consultant ans has collaborated with leading corporations in the development of solution.
She is a member of the Faculty at Great Place to Work, AMA GLOBAL (formerly American Management Association) and EGADE, ITESM. She served as the President of the Diversity and Gender Equity Task Force of AMCHAM Monterrey.
She has over 10,000 hours of experience facilitating workshops, coaching teams and executives. She has worked with more than 4,000 managers and middle-level executives. Her main projects include: Team Coaching, Executive Coaching, Disruptive Leadership, Agile Collaborative Culture, Feedback & Feedforward Sessions, Team Building, Storytelling, Open Space Technology, Collective Inteligence and Design Thinking.
She has participated as coach and facilitator in projects in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, Panama, Brazil and Argentina. Born in Argentina, she holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Nacional del Sur and an MBA from Buenos Aires University.
She is certified as an International Coach by the ICC in London, as a Team Coach by LIM Global from the USA, and as a Career Management Coach (CCMC) by The Academies, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also certified bu¿y AMA-CPP in the application of the MBTI® instrument, the MindSonar® Tool, and by Jaap Hollander in “Being At Full Potential”(accredited by ICF).. Additionally, she is certified in Co-Development by L’OREAL, Lead & Enable Academy. Facilitator of agile methodologies, design thinking and “U” Theory for teams.
