J’Lein Liese

J’Lein is an international expert in executive leadership, cross-cultural communication, strategy execution, diversity, change management, and conflict resolution. For nearly 20 years, she has worked extensively with governments, especially law enforcement, and global companies throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

She is the developer of Lead with Conversations® and the Leader’s Playing Field™, During periods of chaos and change, J’Lein is often asked to facilitate the critical conversations her clients need to align vision and culture to achieve results. A frequent international keynote speaker, J’Lein has spoken for TEDx Women’s Day, several United Nation global conferences, as well as her work has been featured in the award-winning MTV documentary “Warning Signs.” In addition to her work being published in several international publications and books, Dr. Liese recently released her first children’s book, “Whispered Wisdom.”
