J’Lein Liese

J’Lein is an international expert in executive leadership, cross-cultural communication, strategy execution, diversity, change management, and conflict resolution. For nearly 20 years, she has worked extensively with governments, especially law enforcement, and global companies throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
She is the developer of Lead with Conversations® and the Leader’s Playing Field™, During periods of chaos and change, J’Lein is often asked to facilitate the critical conversations her clients need to align vision and culture to achieve results. Recognizing that innovation is only as profitable as the team’s ability to deliver, she helps organizations bridge the gaps needed to align and execute.
With a specific skill set to successfully bring diverse groups together in emotionally-charged situations, J’Lein often works in acute-conflict areas. Currently, these areas include the Middle East and previously the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa and Kenya.
A frequent international keynote speaker, J’Lein has spoken for TEDx Women’s Day, several United Nation global conferences, as well as her work has been featured in the award-winning MTV documentary “Warning Signs.” In addition to her work being published in several international publications and books, Dr. Liese recently released her first children’s book, “Whispered Wisdom.”

J’Lein has a B.A. in Multicultural Communication, a M.A. in Cross-Cultural Psychology and a Ph.D. in Community Psychology.
