Juan Araque
Juan is a coach, a project manager and an associate consultant of c- Growth. He has participated in various projects and initiatives that have significantly influenced more than 2,000 people.
He regularly manages teams of over 100 participants. He has led and participated in Strategic Planning, Change Management, Service Quality and Process Improvement initiatives at private and governmental institutions. Juan has led transnational projects in Latin America. He has 22 years of experience in banking, 6 years in consulting and entrepreneurship and is passionate about coaching.
Juan has coached, imparted programs and led projects at private companies such as Banco Santander (México, Spain, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile, US, Portugal, Bolivia, Perú), Estafeta and BASF. In the public sector he has collaborated at Fonacot, Infonavit, CNBV, CFE, Queretaro´s state and municipal governments. In the educational services sector, he has worked at La Salle University, Iberoamericana University, Technological Institute of Mérida, ITESM Querétaro.
Juan holds a BS Information Technology from the Universidad Iberoamericana and is a Change Management Professional Certified by the Colorado University. He is a Design Thinking facilitator by Experience Point (IDEO training partner), a Service Quality Professional by the Service Quality Institute, a Coach by the IAC, an Appreciative Inquiry Coach, and has several courses in Leadership and Management from the MIT Sloan’s School of Management.
