Laura Lladó
Laura is a coach, facilitator and an associate consultant of c-Growth. She developed her professional career as Scientific Mgr. in Colgate Palmolive, directing the Professional Relations area, building, training and coaching teams throughout the country, as well as participating in strategic global programs during 20 years.
In Colgate Palmolive she led training programs for the development of communication skills, leadership, coaching for senior executives and managers, public relationships and publicity. In addition, she was certified as an international facilitator.
Laura worked as coordinator for the program of Continuous Education at the Dental Services of the Health Ministry and as Dental Surgeon professor at the Universidad Latinoamericana. She has been Certified as a Professional Speaker for the Latam Speakers Association since 2021.
As a consultant she has collaborated in many Organizations (International Coaching Community, Coaching Mexican Association, Mexican Dental Association, National College of Dental Surgeons); private companies (Colgate Palmolive, Glaxo SmithKline, Nemak, BASF, P&G, Coca Cola, General Foods, Laboratorios Lilly, Pfizer, Vitalmex, L´Oréal (México, Perú y Colombia), Avon, Liverpool, Fábricas de Francia, Seguros Monterrey, Grupo GNP; and public agencies and universities (UNAM, Twelve Business Innovation, Health Ministry, PROFEPA, CNBV, Education and Environment Ministries, General Direction of Professions).
She has developed projects for businesses and professional organizations centered on organizational change processes, development of managerial skills, leadership, as well as team building, communication, motivation and personal growth.
She has also worked in community programs as speaker, has been invited to radio and TV programs and has carried out community services in different regions. She has been the President of the Coaching Mexican Association since 2021.
Laura graduated as a Dental Surgeon, she holds an MA and postgraduate studies in Periodontics by the Universidad Latinoamericana. She is President of the National College of Dental Surgeons and received the National Dental Surgeon Award.
She is certified in Executive, Business, and Life Coaching by the International Coaching Community (ICC), in Teams Coaching by the European Coaching School, in Co-development processes by L´Oréal and in the global program The Heart of the Effective Leadership by Initiative of Changes. She has studies in Human Development at the Human Development and Transcendence Institute (IDHET) and in Gestalt Psychotherapy for Adults, Children, Couples, Sexuality, Symptoms and Enneagram.
She is a Master Facilitator for the Pacific Institute and is certified as a Non executive Coach by the Eo Ipso Center in Madrid.
