Leticia Abdala

Leticia is an executive coach and an associate consultant of c-Growth with over 20 years de experience. She is an expert in the creation and development of human capital and offers a wide variety of consulting, coaching and organizational development services to multinational corporations.

She has collaborated in various human development projects providing innovative and highly advanced technological solutions that result in more effective processess of decision making, team leadership and change management.

The solutions she offers for the creation of capabilites include highly ingenious training methodologies that support the new team leaders in productivity, competitiveness and quality of service programs designed to bring the company to the head of its industry.

She is a Clinical Psychologist. She has a diploma in Philosophical Antropology from the Universidad Panamericana and another in Adictions from Grupo Gens. She is certified in the Birkman Method (Houston, Texas) and in Executive Coaching by The International School of Coaching – TISOC (Barcelona, España). Moreover, she has imparted the “Group Process Theory” course at the Universidad Iberoamericana and the Psychology course at the Vistahermosa School.
