Mario Sandoval .
Mario is a coach, facilitator, and associate consultant at c-Growth. He has 31 years of experience in group management, training, coaching, and soft skills in government and business.
For 10 years, Mario held management positions in the Mexican Federal Government. He then worked for eight years at a successful consulting and coaching firm (c-Growth). He currently has seven years of experience as a facilitator, instructor, and evaluator of work competencies under the SEP-CONOCER system and is dedicated to promoting and generating cultural change in organizations.
Companies look to him to resolve issues related to the personal skills of their leadership team and to train and instill those skills, attitudes, habits, and values throughout the organization.
Mario has extensive knowledge of workplace competency standards and their implementation and operationalization in organizations, as well as body language and lie detection. He holds Diplomas in Coaching and the Self-Management Leadership specialization from the Oxford Leadership Academy and Lead with Conversations.
His career as a Public Servant at the Management level in Institutions (Presidency of the Republic, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Public Function, among others) and as a consultant, instructor and speaker with clients such as CFE, CNBV, IMSS, Jumex, Tec Milenio, L’Oréal, ARCA, Nadro, La IBERO, UNAM, Rolex, Tiendas Círculo K and Coca-Cola. They have led him to acquire expertise in group facilitation in Strategic Planning projects and Team Building projects.
Mario is a Labor Competencies Evaluator for six aviation safety standards, registered with the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) and SEP-CONOCER.
As a recognized leader, he is an instructor for courses at Concanaco Servytur. He is currently president of the National Network of Mexico Emprende in Mexico City and the creator of the #YoCreoEnMí self-esteem movement.
Mario holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems and a master’s degree in Transgenerational Psychology, specializing in the Bert Hellinger model. He is certified in Human Development Coaching (AIRPEC) and in Coaching sessions according to the SEP-CONOCER EC-0204 competency standard. He also holds certifications as a course instructor and course designer for the SEP-CONOCER system.
