Maritza Bringas

 

Maritza is a coach, facilitator and associate consultant of c-Growth. She has over 24 years of experience working at multinational companies.

Participating as an In-house coach, she has worked at all company levels, including first level leaders, managers, staff, operative areas, and in different Latin American countries.

Among her areas of expertise are project management centered on customer service, human factor, transformation, organizational culture, strategic planning, compliance, cost savings, risk management, standardization, regionalism, creation of new business areas, change management and organizational transformation.

She has a deep knowledge of conflict resolution and continuous improvement processes and methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean, Creative Resolution of Conflicts, among others.

Having worked as a senior executive at leading financial and pharmaceutical multinational companies (GE Capital, Pfizer), she knows and understands the talent and leadership management strategies that effectively lead companies into successful transformations.

Her programs for creating and integrating multidisciplinary and leadership teams are well-known. She is committed to the people oriented approach.

Maritza holds an Actuarial Science degree with an Applied Risk specialization. She has an MA in Finance from the Universidad Anáhuac and postgraduate studies in Pharmaceutical Management from ITESM CCM. She completed the Executive Management Program at IPADE. Furthermore, she is a Life and Business Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), and has been certified in “Lean Six Sigma Green Belt”, “Six Sigma Black Belt” and “Creative Problem-Solving” .
