Nathalie de Raeve

Nathalie is an experienced consultant and trainer specialized in strategic planning and change management in the public and private sector. She has a vast experience in the automotive industry and has been focused on themes related to retail customer experiences. She started her career in a Venture Capital Company in Spain. Afterwards, she worked as a consultant and project manager in India and Mexico, in companies as Accenture and Symnetics. She has an extensive experience in strategic planning, balanced scorecard and organizational alignment for public sector institutions.

In the private sector, Nathalie has been a consultant in strategy, business development and retail related themes with BMW Group, General Motors, Nissan, Chrysler, Ford, Bimbo, Microsoft, New Zealand Milk and Silodisa. She has collaborated in strategic planning and change management projects at several government institutions such as the Mexican Electricity Commission (CFE), the Secretary of Finance, the Secretary of Public Education as well as the Interamerican Development Bank. She has also worked with NGOs such as the  Indian School of Business, the Patronato del Museo Tecnológico de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad (MUTEC), and the Centro de Estudios Espinosa Yglesias.

Nathalie studied law at the University of Ghent (Belgium)  and obtained an MBA from the  Instituto de Empresa in Spain. She also studied strategic planning at Loyola Univeristy and has a Professional Coaching diploma from the International School of Coaching as well as a specialization of Results based budgeting at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She has been certified by BMW Group as an expert consultant in customer experience.
