Roberto Mantiarena


Roberto is a consultant on issues of quality, strategic planning, competitiveness, process improvement, and human resource management. With an experience of more than 28 years in public banking in Mexico, he has developed models of quality and competitiveness in various companies, some of which have won the National Quality Award of Mexico and Ibero-America, He has extensive experience in the development, implementation, and training in quality management systems based on the international standard ISO9001: 2015 and the National Model for Competitiveness.

Roberto held several positions in human resources, organization, compensation, processes, strategic planning and quality at Nacional Financiera for more than 28 years, currently, he has channeled that experience in consulting and training companies on those same topics, some of the companies that have benefited from his services are: ALIDE, Osinergmin, ABC Capital, TUV Rheinland, TIP México, General Motors, Rohde & Schwarz, SOFAGRO, MULTIVA, and Novaceramic.

For more than 12 years he has been an evaluator of the National Quality Award of Mexico and participated in the Vigilance Committee of the Certification Body TÜV Rheinland of Mexico.

Roberto has a degree in Graphic Communication Design from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, studied the Senior Management Program at IPADE, and in 2008 received a scholarship to participate in the workshop “Program for Quality Management Promotion” by AOTS in Yokohama, Japan.
He is a certified consultant in the organizational diagnosis methodology “Being at Full Potential”.
