Roberto Mantiarena

Roberto is an associate consultant at c-Growth, with expertise in quality, strategic planning, competitivity, process improvements and human resources management.

He has over 28 of experience in public banking in Mexico and has developed quality and competitivity models for different companies, some of which being able to win the Mexican and Ibero-American National Quality Award.

Roberto has a vast expertise in the development, application and training of quality management systems derived from the ISO and the Ethical Commerce standards. He has assisted various organizations to successfully attain international certificates.

During 28 years, Roberto worked in human resources, organization, payroll, processes, strategic planning and quality control at Nacional Financiera.

Currently, he channels his experience by providing consulting and training in those areas to private companies. Among the corporations he has collaborated with are: ALIDE, Osinergmin, ABC Capital, TUV Rheinland, TIP México, Rohde & Schwarz, MULTIVA, VALMEX, BMW planta San Luis, IFT y Engen Capital.

Roberto was an examiner at the Mexican National Quality Award and a member of the Surveillance Committee of the Mexican TÜV Rheinland Certificate.

Roberto has a BA degree in Graphic Communication Design by la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, graduated from the Senior Management Program at IPADE and in 2008 received a scholarship by AOTS for the “Program for Quality Management Promotion” in Yokohama, Japón.

He is a certified consultant in the assessment methodology “Being at Full Potential” and an ISO9001:2015 certified IRCA Auditor.
