Rosa María Ortíz

Rosa Maria is an associate consultant of c-Growth with expertise in talent attraction, evaluation, and human development processes.

She developed a methodology for the Head Hunting and personnel selection process, which seeks to satisfy both the needs of her clients and the candidates she selects from a holistic and human perspective, convinced that long-lasting relationships are based on satisfying the interests and needs of those involved.

She is an Executive and Team Coach that has accompanied more than 100 executives at managerial and executive levels, as well as more than 30 teams, in their stride to detect areas of improvement and to develop and strengthen abilities that allow them to exploit their full potential.

Rosa Ma. has collaborated directly in the selection of talent for managerial and operational positions at companies such as Celular Express, ABC Capital IBM, GNP Grupo Nacional Provincial, Manual Moderno, Encumex Revista Én Empress, Lightmex, Formatres 38, Grupo Azucarero del Trópico, Link Talent Group.

She has a degree in Education from the Simón Bolivar University. In her beginnings she worked as head of primary education in various schools, training and certifying herself in the management of learning problems and the development of intelligence through Mary’s SOI model. For 10 years, she has focused on HR Consulting, certifying herself as Executive and Team Coach, in Hogan Inventories, in Case Development by ACM methodology, in Training Plans by Martha Alles, among others.
