With over 20 years experience, she is a leadership expert who has designed and delivered programs for thousands of executives in both the profit and nonprofit sectors.
Dr. Hayes has coached and delivered leadership programs for clients that include American Express, Child Mind Institute, Citibank, Genzyme/Sanofi, Johnson and Johnson-Depuy Spine, L’Oreal, New York Health and Hospital Corporation, Pfizer, Praxair, Reuters, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Ross Stores, Undertone, United Nations and the Wallace Foundation. Additionally, for nearly 20 years, she has designed courses and taught both doctoral and masters students leadership, collaborative negotiation, and adult program development at Teachers College, Columbia University.
