Yakira is a coach, facilitator and an associate consultant of c-Growth with a solid career colaborating with Top Executives and High Performing teams. She is specialized in Organizational Development, Marketing, Leadership, Soft Skills and Human Development.

In the corporate world, she worked for 12 years as Marketing Manager in multinational companies such as AstraZeneca, Wyeth, Hasbro and 3M Mexico.

Yakira has broad experience as coach and facilitator in a variety of programs of Leadership, Innovation, Sales, Marketing and Human Development. Moreover, she developed an innovative coaching program of Personal Brand for Executives and Entrepreneurs.

Yakira is a Team & Leaders Coach and she is a Collective Intelligence Facilitator (Art of Hosting).

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the ITESM, where she was awarded with an Honorable Mention for her excelent academic results. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Marketing from the ITAM. Moreover, she has a postgraduate degree in International Business from the ITESM and conducted studies in Cross Cultural & European Integration in the Netherlands. In addition, she is certified in Human Development and Gestalt Psychotherapy.

Yakira holds an International Ontological Coaching Certificate from the Hague, Netherlands and lately in 2022 she got a certificate in Mastering Coaching Skills (ICF Program).

She is a certified coach in International Leadership Programs such as Heart of Effective Leadership, SLSP and Lead with Conversations.

She has also been certified as facilitator in Being at Full Potential and Mindsonar (International Assessments). She has colaborated in Cultural Transformation & Coaching processes with leading companies such as BASF, L’Oréal, Colgate, PWC, Smurfit Kappa, BBVA Bancomer, CNBV, Ourofino (Brasil), Johnson Controls International (Brasil, Chile, Colombia), AON, Santander, Pemex, CFE and Banobras.
