Tamara is a consultant and advisor for important companies and government agencies in the areas of talent attraction, evaluation, management, and development. She has developed her Assessment methodology to detect Talent in senior executives, with which she has been able to accurately evaluate more than 800 middle and high levels, in addition to supporting them in their development and areas to be strengthened. She is a coach for managerial and senior management executives in the development of their relationship and business skills and abilities. Through coaching, she has led more than 35 natural teams to become high-performance teams and achieve their results. Tamara is convinced that developing leadership through self-knowledge and personal development is the key to the transformation and growth of organizations and a country, therefore supporting Mexico is one of her priorities and passions.
