Sandra Hayes
Dr. Sandra Hayes is an associate consultant of c-Growth. She is a learning and development expert. She consults with organizations to cultivate leaders and teams to take productive action. Her clients tend to have already achieved impressive accomplishments and value how working with her enables them to realize important new successes.
Particularly, clients appreciate her expertise designing and delivering programs that help them improve performance and produce their envisioned results.
Dr. Hayes leverages her background in adult learning, collaborative negotiation, and leadership to help clients learn to navigate increasingly complex workplaces. She earned a doctorate in Adult Learning and Organizational Leadership, Columbia University; a master’s in Organizational Psychology, Columbia University; and a bachelor’s degree in Communications, University of Washington. She received coach certification through the Columbia Coach Certification Program where she is on the core faculty.
Dr. Hayes is a co-editor and chapter author of the first Practitioners Handbook of Team Coaching (Routledge, 2019). She is an adult education expert whose passion for learning has resulted in contributions that also include:
